Mike Arvilla is a internet bodybuilding legend.  I first saw him on Muscle Mayhem many years ago.  He's a true bodybuilding fan like me and has a true love of the sport.  I like to read his old school stories and if I see he starts a thread I always know it's going to be good with no BS.  I respect the dude for his move and career change from bouncing to a PT too.  He's also made a ton of changes with his physique and keeps plugging away and getting better with each show.  You bring alot to Getbig!   Thanks!!!!!!!!
