Can be right, but it depends on what you train. One can have small chicken legs and have big arms. When I was 175-180, my arms were bigger than 14 inches, I mostly trained upper body as well. And it depends on body weight composition, if you are 170 and skinny fat, 170 and bulky, 170 and fat, and 170 and muscular, you might get diff measurements.
I am basically sayin that dont expect your measurements to increase unless your bodyweight also significantly increases.

I am not really talking about bodyweight to arm size ratio, the 170 pounder with the 14 inch guns was just an example,,,,,,but yea flex's claims are bullshit considering a 300lb Ronnie had 22-23 max
