i have a VHS of Vince winning the Arnold in the 90's it was the best posing routine i have ever witnessed. if i ever figure out youtube i will convert it to dvd and post it.

The pro's of today need to take lessons from bodybuilders like Vince Taylor. The way he handles his public relations at the shows is better than any current pro bodybuilder (that's been in Australia in the last 20 years). TheMessiahofMuscle can vouch for that, I'm sure.

I've trained with Vince a few times here in South FL.  Super nice guy.  You really can't say anything bad about him.  Except....

























Those Powerballz he sells are Elbow Erasers.   He gave me a set before - single and double attachments - and I used it the way he does, and DAMN!!... in four workouts, I had a bad case of tendonitis that took about 3 months of constant work to make it go away.   I gave the powerballs to a friend and the same thing happened to him.

They are good for back exercises though.

I see he (Vince) makes video's in "Kissimmee Muscle". On the rare occasion we make it to FLA, I go to that gym w/ a guest pass. (Twice).
Love the giant sign outside when pulling into the lot. Newer owner did a good job updating it too...

Had lunch post-workout at the Cuban place next door. It was good... Unsure what this feller is doing to his car though...

He lives here in Pembroke Pines.  I would see him at the local gyms south of the airport sometimes.

Not for a few years.  But then I have only been going to gyms in Ft Lauderdale and Sunrise. My gf gf doesn’t live in Aventura anymore.

He trains out of Kissimmee Muscle. It's about 45 min. from  me. Some guy that would fit in well here owns the gym. And by fit in well here I mean past his prime, delusions of grandure, racist, short tempered, and loves bodybuilding.
