Doseage of winstrol for mass

anybody with experience using winstrol for mass gain what seems to be the sweet spot (best gains without wasting much steroid )

if running aromatizeable roids along with the winny then do joints still get stiff?

I've run 100mg ED for about eight weeks. I noticed that my joints did get sore. However, I found 75mg ED for me was perfect - no joint issues, lean gains, & a little strength.

I notice more performance gains from Winstrol than mass gains.

Water retention from aromatizing anabolics will only have a minor effect on the joint stiffness caused by Winstrol.

Running Deca alongside Winstrol will negate all joint issues.

Just test if I recall.

It wasn't really mass gains. I was stronger, drier, & basically just performance oriented.

i ran 100 mg eod and never had joint issues...def good for performance...helped with my eplosive sprinting and tackling in football...

50mg eod for me....my knees hurt like hell all the time....like there was no lubricant you know.

I 'might' or I 'might not' have know a FSU wide receiver that loved this dosage/drug and went on to play in the pros.  He's still a great pro receiver.

100 mg ED looks like a good dosage

anything less than that seems useless exept for a first cycle

Yea, at least for me, my joints (MOSTLY knees) hurt a lot when i was walking you know for daily jobs here and there i felt like shit and pretty dry. Next time i will probably use some deca along with it.

anthony roberts wrote about the differences in oral and inject winstrol and he claimed that there is a big difference in the effect on shgb ..supposedly, accoriding to him, oral is much more effective at lowering it.. so maybe i was thinking spirospros was following that advice..

yeah, he is, but not everybody knows it.. and maybe spriospro was advising based off of the advice of who he thought was an expert..
