it depends on a lot of things if your training is going well or not.

I like to train a little later in the day after I get a few good meals, I feel more energized for my workout.

I feel it depends a lot on consistency of training time.  I am in a good trend of lifting everyday around 3. If I lift off schedule I feel I didn't benefit as much.

I find I can't get good lifts in the morning.  I need to eat at least three big meals before I lift for optimal results, so 5-6 PM works out the best for me.  Plus with work, there's not a lot of flexibility.

1pm is perfect for me.

Get up at 10 breakfast. Have some bananas and chocolate by 12-12.30. Workout at 1

Absolutely. On the weekends when I can sleep out and train around noon or in the early afternoon my workouts are much better than the ones during the week in the evenening.
