I have had quite a few binges in the past, nothing beats the sickly feeling of the carb bloat,
laid out on the floor gasping for air, disgusted with the amount of grabage just consumed.

I go for sugary, trans fat type junk,
A typical binge for me resembles this....

Large chocolate fresh cream sponge cake (1200 cals)
3 small fruit pies (250 cals per pie, all butter pastry) (750 cals)
Chocolate brownie (300 cals)

150 gram bag of potato chips (800 cals)

Laughing all the way to the emergency room

I've eaten a whole large Pepperoni handtossed Pizza Hut Pizza and a 99 cent grab bag of Doritos. 

That's the worse I can think of.

When I was a teen I ate 12 regular size snickers and 3 king size...To this day I don't eat snickers.

dude... too many to count.. id guess ive hit the 10k cal mark about a half dozen times.. the 5k cal mark probably a couple hundred times.. 2k ... probably hit that thousands upon thousands of times..

yes you can. choose wisely. for example, one box of oreo white cholcolate fudge cookies is approx 2.5k cal. one extra large pizza with stuffed crust and all the toppings is like 5k cal.

Cmon theres gotta be more than that you are like 35% bodyfat. You gotta have had some fun to get there...

takes me a couple hours to get over the bloat

   No I'd say more like 25% I'm 270 and I still can see my abs I'm not that bad yet.  I do have a mean case of moon face though.  It will all be solved soon and everyone will be invited to watch and help me out.  More to come soon.....

just make sure you down 100 g whey with that meal... capitilize off that massively hypercaloric state..

My biggest food binge was probably a whole Digorno Cheese Stuffed Crust Pizza (cheese but I added about two shredded chicken breasts & extra cheese on top of it) & a quart of ice cream from Cold Stone. Tasted great but felt like shit about two hours later...didn't eat again until the next day.
