Look at Bush, the last time his official role as written in the Constitution left his lips was when he swore his oath of office... Then he went on to make up his own roles and duties of the office. I seriously doubt McCain would be any different. At least with Obama we would have a guy that has every last word of the Constitution embedded in his mind and obviously the guy had a genuine care for the document. Team Neocon has never indicated any loyalty to the Constitution. Seems to be more an antiquated paper in their way.
