at home i am currently living alone but if i have my fiancee or friends over they get annoyed...my one neighbor claims they can hear it through the wall sometimes

I've been using the bodybuilding.com free shaker cup for 4 years. It works just well if not better than a blender (less foam)/

Nobody on the planet gets annoyed for running a blender for less then 5 seconds(because that is all anyone needs to blend a fcking protein drink)...But when some small ass natural bodybuilder has to load up the blender at the office and let it run for a fucking minute, yeah anyone and everyone will get annoyed...You run the blender so long to get attention...This is the same reason homo's have parades...Cut the shit already!!!
