heating olive oil in microwave

if i pour xtra virgin olive oil on my food and then reheat in microwave for 1 minute is that ok? i know u are not susposed to put xtra virgin olive oil over high heat...

Not ok.  Olive oil should never be used for cooking, totally instable at even low heat.  Use coconut oil.

i was worried about heating it up...only heated it 35 secs
