BB and others, please listen to the full speech before going conspiracy theory.  No good conspiracy theorist has a good theory without fully investigating.

now this puts a whole different context to the accusations... actually a very good speech!!!

Oh brother.  What a dope.  I didn't create the thread and didn't advocate any conspiracy theory.

But this does put his comments in context.  At about 16:15 he talks about a civilian national security force and was speaking in the context of diplomacy.
