Know what you mean, my poundages first of all went down due to the increased no of sets and less rest, gradually coming back up. Hard to pin down all, but bench for instance - I'm working at 15kg more than 6/8 months ago at 4 sets more in the half an hr period!
good job, that is obviously progression as poundages have gone up and density of work has gone up.

the positive thing with serges method is that due to utilization of the density of work progress avenue you dont have to lift as heavy as you would when only using the progress avenue of heavier weights. which is good for avoiding injuries and training longevity.
