Not too far from where I live, but i rather spend my quality time doing something productive...

On Sunday, the seminar should be interesting.  Dave Palumbo usually is a great source of information.

this will be my first show ever,i asked the wife for permission(she said yes!). havent been to the gym since i got married in june,hoping this will get me back on the wagon.asked my buddy to go,still waiting on an answer,if he says no guess ill be looking at men in thongs by myself,lol. i wanna see how HUGE wolf is in person

Actually, Alex still lives in Russia.  He is part owner of Apollon.  So, no he isn't always there, which makes it even more interesting this weekend.

I dont think im making the after party because i want to EAT afterwards!  Plus i have to drive back to exit 105 to shower and im not coming all the way back i wouldnt even make it til 2am lol......looking forward to the show though!

 show was pretty cool,first show i ever been to. man there are some big a@@ ppl walking around. where the hell do they hide? palumbo is one strange looking dude,but def seems really cool, pretty good shape to, arntz is a mini freight train all 5' of him,craig richardson big dude!  i was surprised at federov im sure if he took off his shirt hes huge,but man everyone was saying wtf? he was not looking to large. the guest posers were bigger, drew and guy looked great!!!!!!!  the bikini contest was good,i only look at the ones with meat on there bones!!! the guys competing looked pretty good. IMO they all deserved to be on the stage even the 50yo guy!!!!!! pics are on the MD website
