Pit bulls are the best dogs------I own them for their temperament, smarts and loyalty. I grew up from the age of 6 months old with a pitbull, they are the greatest dogs with kids, plus they are strong and big enough to be protective guard dogs.
When I was 6 yrs old a burglar was trying to break into my house on the back porch, he ran away when he saw the frothing and snarling pitbull on the other side of the door. My mom was alone with my bother (4 yrs old), my sister (8yrs) and myself, who knows what would have happened if we didnt have the dog.
