How long in line did you wait to vote? What was the mood?
« on: November 04, 2008, 11:22:08 AM »
I waited about an hour and 20 min... I have never had to wait in line. Voter turnout in washington may be as high as 83%... insane.

Everyone was patient and good natured.

45 min.  Everyone was nice.  Good mix of people.  No problems with people intimidating others or campaigning.  Beautiful weather here in Cleveland...about 70 and sunny, unusual for november.

Didn't really have to wait.  Got to the polls before they opened.  No wait in line.  Mood was pretty subdued, possibly because of rain.

I felt euphoric as usual when I leave the polls.

Nobody in my area looked like a mealy mouthed puss, so I had to assume I was surrounded by Republicans.

I had to wait a few minutes by the mailbox tho.... There was a black cat nearby. It might have been a Black Panther, so I hung back just to be safe....  :-\

They really just have cops...no outside organizations unless u won't to have some official voter agency that takes care of everything....neither Black Panthers nor the KKK have any business around a voting place. Can u imagine a nutcase in white sheets around some polling place in WV.....it would be all over the news.

I was born in Fort Collins, lived there for years.  I've been to Boulder about a dozen times but never lived there.  You're in my city ;)

We are going to make C. Springs the new capitol.

It represents the TRUE Colorado. Denver and Saudi Aurora and the People Republic of Boulder are just drunken mistakes...   ;)

15 min and 45 minutes, with the 2 groups I went with.

One young kid, maybe 22 with a buzz cut, was rejected at 6:45 PM and told to drive to a precinct in another county, where he lived.  He stormed out and yelled "fcking muslim" as he walked out.

The elderly employees were flustered
