Yes. I know many treat their "Deca dick" with Viagra or Cialis and it works. Doesn't mean Deca is increasing their PDE5 levels.

Adding test to Deca will most likely increase prolactin since the estrogen from aromatization will increase prolactin (and androgens will lower it). My guess is that Deca is just too weak an androgen to "drive" libido or it doesn't have the necessary neural effects for libido.

Of course, prolactin and progesterone agonism could be part of it but who knows for sure?

Yes the whole libido thing is very complicated.  Not easy to manipulate.

Cialis helps improve libido some indirectly by allowing you a hard dick to fuck.  Hard dick, plus "partner" (for bombs) = having sex.  Which = some sort of libido I guess.

There are apparently a lot of med's out there that contribute to the death of your sex drive, a buddy of mine is on some anti-depressants and other shit and he tells me he has no desire at all to fuck his girl and can't get it up even if he tried.
