They say that because even a big guy looks like a little insignificant bitch next to a guy like Ronnie or Markus. So they feel the need to try and insult them. At the end of the day, regardless of whether thay can fight or not, a guy like Markus is just plain old intimidating.

markus always looks like he is having a good time, he is just happier than a pig in shit walking around at 300+ lbs for the rest of his days regardless of if he is competing or not...

its a morbid thought but I am seriously curious to see how long he lives, drinks and smokes and just lives life large.. he also got huge with the quickness... I remember the series of pics that showed his transformation from pretty big normal lookin guy to a walking freak of nature in his twenties, he looked completely different even in his face early on, looked like he aged 20 years in 5 or so.
