Dried blueberries - same antioxidants as the fresh kind?

What % of their antioxidant power, if any, do blueberries lose when converted to the dried variety?

no idea to a %, but your gonna lose some vitamins antidioxidants phytonutrients..etc etc.   raw and fresh is best. but of course dried is beter than none at all.

Yup.  A 3 pound bag at Costco is $7.

1-2 cups a day in the winter blended with oats, whey, and sometime peanut butter make it easy to eat when busy.
