I have inclined 130's before easily and i am around 230 so def possible.

Those dumbells look big

Thats exactly right ND, steve had very small hips and waist for a big man back in the 1940s-50s, his calvicles were wide, and every muscle was in Proportion with the other, nothing over powered the over, the closest ive seen to Steve in a modern day sence was Bob Paris in 1982-83.
