Some old competition pictures I found.
I know, posing in a tank top doesn’t tell much, but this wore the only pictures I got left.
I was 19 in the pictures and competed as a junior, and this was my first show, the thing I find truly amazing is the fact that I dieted down 30kg for the show, I started out at 130kg (sure i was strong but truly fat haha and what you would call “permabulker”) and weighed in at exactly 100kg.
After the show I really wanted to improve myself and do better, but unfortunately I had a big accident that made me rethink my goals, so now I just try to stay in shape and be healthy.
Too bad I don’t have any pictures of me before I started dieting. But let me tell everyone that are “bulking”. Take it easy, it’s really hard work (mentally and physically) to lose all the fat..
