over the past 2 months ive tried to get back into training by doing a fullbody work out three times per week and each time i have tried i have never completed the entire body and quit training because i was feeling dizzy and suicidal. do you think i should stop trying to do a fullbody workout 3x per week and try another routine?
if you can work more than 2 diffrent muscle groups in one session you aint training hard enough.
