have you ever felt dizzy and suicidal during training?
« on: November 10, 2008, 03:23:43 AM »
over the past 2 months ive tried to get back into training by doing a fullbody work out three times per week and each time i have tried i have never completed  the entire body and quit training because i was feeling dizzy and suicidal. do you think i should stop trying to do a fullbody workout 3x per week and try another routine?

Suicidal? If I am ever depressed working out makes me feel way better. Never heard of suicidal from working out before.

You should work your way up to fullbody workouts

Yeah that's kind of odd.  Go see a shrink before you drop a barbell on your face buddy.  Unless you're Bluto it won't be an improvement.

About 16 sets I count. I train the same way when it comes to frequency. It depends partly on your priorities but I would advise you to do squats or deads as a first exercise and to perform them on separate days, like squats and leg-curls on Monday and deadlifts en leg-extentions on Wednesday for example. For the rest of it I think it's a good schedule. Decrease your total number of sets to 10-12 when you train on a HIT style.
Hope this helps.  :)
