My oppinion on supplements and on what really works

Protein powder.. yes ...although it's a gamble on quality which will ALWAYS be lower than fresh meats and with little to no BIOAVAILABILITY ( very very important. It means if the body can use it or it loses it's original energetic/vibrational imprint )


BCAA are good since the body does not produce them ...but again you'll be aalright without them

Fish oil is good although you can eat some damn fish  ;D



Real bodybuilding has always been about good food and quality hormones combined with consistency and excellent responseto hormones .

As you can tell I do not sell supplements, I never reccommend them and I think they are worthless crap. But this is just my oppinion

Here's my idea of REAL muscle builders :

filet mignon  :)

Naposim by Terapia (Cluj )  :)



salmon, talapia, pangasius,sashimi  :P

norma hellas deca or from holland

country raised whole eggs and chicken ( not the fucked up hormonized ready in 2 weeks breast filets from the supermarket )

some karachi sustanon or some polish omnas

a girlfriend with a gorgeous ass, tight pussy, excellent bj skills, in love w/ you and you in love w/ her ( very very important ) 8)



DISTILLED water ( water should be a flush, neutral as in ph, and not an alkaline adittion to the diet )



wild rice, red thai rice, brown rice



organic honey ( the perfect food .. never spoils)

fresh fruit as varied as possible ( organic if possible )
