So I went and hit up arms.
5 sets of seated one arm machine curls up to three plates
5 sets tricep pull downs up to 4 plates
5 sets of straight arm barbell curls up to 50 lbs
5 sets of tricep pushdowns (machine)
30 min treadmill 3.0 incline and 2.8 walking with heartrate at 134-138. (Yes I know that's high, it shows how lazy I've been)
BTW I saw Quincy Taylor working out all I could think about was Silvio Samuel meltdown.
I went to Chicago Hot dogs and got a Chicago dog and a kraut dog.
Here's how it went...
Girl: So do you work at a gym or something?
Wiggs: No
Girl: Are you going to the gym or Are...
Wiggs: I'm coming from the gym.
Girl: So what exercises do you do?
Wiggs: Well it's the first time I've been back in a year so you know, bench, squat etc..
Girl: (Blank stare)
Wiggs: Cardio also
Girl: Oh yeah cause that's the most important thing.
Wiggs: Yeah, I'm hitting the big 3-0 next year and I gotta take care of my insides.
Girl: That's cool so are you from here?
The conversation continues and I order my food. While waiting I decide if he's "hittable" or not. I decide she is on bad day.
I get my shit we say goodbye and leave.
