He's about as cut in that video as he was at the olympia, and it's not cut up. 

His legs look good, his abs look terrible.  His back is cut in some places, others terrible.

He has a lot of problems, to include symmetrical problems.

For the record Ronnie Coleman took down Ronnie Coleman with his injuries, and Jay was the next best man.  Jay never beat Ronnie, Ronnie beat Ronnie.
