500 mg or 2 ml per week, absolute minimum. So in order to do a minimum cycle, you need at least four times of what you got...

i have already done a ton of reading , i know your sposed to take 400-500mg of test of week and i have my clomid and nova , i just need help translating measurements like mg form mls and understand what the numbers on the bottles mean and how ius compare to mgs , its like comparing metric to imperial its kind of confusing all the numbers

If your "label" says 250mg/5ml means it is 250mg per 1 ML shot and you only have 5 x 1ml shots at 250 mg.

So, if you were doing 500mg a week, that would be 2 weeks and one shot (5 shots at 250mgs). Get it?

IF your 10ml bottles look less than the 5ml, you need a new source bro, he is ripping you off!

The only Sust I have delt with is in 1ml amps at 250 mg each. Sound like you got some UG stuff my man

could the reason the larger sust says 5ml perdose and the smaller cyp says 10ml is because the test c is more concentrated ? ps the guy i bought it from is a good friend and ll the shit he sells me is out of his personal stash , so if syrus is crap hes selling it to me (and using it him self )  would 3 more vials of the sust be enough for a good 10 week run ?

you are reading the labels wrong.  The bottle of sust contains 5ml of oil, that doesnt mean 5ml per dose.  The ideal dose for a beginner is 1ml twice a week, so you will have 5 doses if you choose to use 1ml.  If you get 3 more of the 5ml vials that would be a total of 20ml sust, which would last you 10 weeks if you pin it twice a week.

I dont know what you mean by test c being more concentrated. But look at the labels, both are probably 250ml per ml.  If that is the case then two bottles of the cyp would last you 10 weeks, as opposed to four bottles of sust.

    the two bottles of cyp are half the size of the bottle of sust, yet the cyp reads 10ml and the sust read 5ml is one of my bottles misslabled ?

i dont really understand what you are saying.  can you post any pictures?  I suppose they could put 5ml sust into a larger vial than what holds the 10ml cyp, but i dont know why you would.  if you can post pics we should figure it out quickly.

i got 20ml of sust now , some people say i should take 500mg every monday , some say 250ml on monday -250ml thursday , whats the right answer ? 

250 on monday and thursday.  your blood levels will be more stable.
