Twice a day on most days. If I don't go to the gym or do cardio I'll skip the shower. I need to shower after sex too unless it's super late at night and I'm too tired.

yeah man, i work in the construction industry so even when i do see other people, it's only once a week for meetings.  that's usually when i shower  .

other than that, i sit in front of a computer all day or buy materials so i don't "interact" too much.
