2-3 times a day.. sometimes 4... wake up after working out and before bed..so always twice but i workout twice a day when i have time so sometimes 4

well i think because i have such oily skin that i can shower more often and not get dry skin or irritated skin

and i rinse in cold water after i shower too so that helps




i dont get tired of showering .. showering feels good  8)

your skin is always going to be oily tbombz... when you shower more than you need to the body produces more oil to compensate for the lost of oil due to showering, thus increasing the chances of irritation due to over active oil secretion in your pores.... i mean thats what the Derm told me a long long time ago...i was on accutane and the whole bit. Just take a good shower in the morning and a quick one at night or after a workout. ...
