While there are many questions that surround the eligibility of Barack Obama to run for the Office of POTUS, this thread will concentrate on just one area of the argument and that is his Selective Service Registration, as required by law, a Law I may add Reinstituted by President Jimy Carter.
With the Historic Election of Barack Obama to the Office of POTUS, all of his Privacy Rights have essentially been waived, and all of his personal documents are now Presidential Archival materials and are subject to Public review and scrutiny. From all of his documents that relate to his heritage, and parentage, to all of his School Records, and all of his employment records, and all of his correspondence that can be found, and all of his Private and Professional Associations. I am not talking about Presidential Correspondences and Records, that can be sealed for up to a period of 5 to 12 years after their administration is over. But all documents generated up to now, should be Public Property.
One of the Documents that should be Made Public is his Selective Service Registration form. Which I believe is Non-Existant, and if Barack Obama Never registered with the Selective Service, he is ineligible to hold a Federal Office. I believe there is a paper trail that should show whether Barack Obama registered or was contacted by the FBI when he failed to do so. Now maybe the FBI Dropped their inquiry if Barack Obama was able to provide his Indonesian Passport as Proof of his Foreign Citizenship, and if this is the Case, Barack Obama is Ineligible to be POTUS!!!

Carter starts Registration:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Conscription_in_the_United_States Post-1980 draft registration
In 1980, Congress re-instated the requirement that young men register with the Selective Service System. At that time it was required that all males, born on or after January 1, 1960 register with the Selective Service System. Currently, male U.S. citizens and many male aliens living in the U.S., if age 18 through 25, are required to register with the Selective Service System on their 18th birthday. The Selective Service System describes its mission as "...to serve the emergency manpower needs of the Military by conscripting untrained manpower, or personnel with professional health care skills, if directed by Congress and the President in a national crisis."[44] Registration forms are available either online or at any US Post Office.
The Selective Service registration form states that failure to register is a felony punishable by up to 5 years imprisonment or a $250,000 fine.[45] But in truth, this is little or nothing more than a paper tiger. No one has been prosecuted for failure to comply with draft registration since 1986[46], in part because prosecutions of draft resisters proved counter-productive for the government, and in part because of the difficulty of proving that noncompliance with the law was "knowing and willful". Many people do not register at all, register late, or change addresses without notifying the Selective Service System.[47] Not registering can also lead to loss of federal employment, sometimes after the registration window (18 to 26 years of age) has already passed.[48]
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Selective_Service_SystemThen on July 2, 1980, President Jimmy Carter signed Proclamation 4771, Registration Under the Military Selective Service Act, retroactively re-establishing the Selective Service registration requirement for all 18-26 year old male citizens born on or after January 1, 1960. Only men born between March 29, 1957, and December 31, 1959, were completely exempt from Selective Service registration.[3] The first registrations after Proclamation 4771 took place on Monday, July 21, 1980, for those men born in January, February and March 1960 at U.S. Post Offices. Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays were reserved for men born in the later quarters of the year, and registration for men born in 1961 began the following week[4].
BHO is 18 years old at the time this law was enacted.

BHO travels to Pakistan: 1981

According to his campaign staff, Mr. Obama visited Pakistan in 1981, on the way back from Indonesia, where his mother and half-sister, Maya Soetoro-Ng, were living. He spent “about three weeks” there, Mr. Obama’s press secretary, Bill Burton, said, staying in Karachi with the family of a college friend, Mohammed Hasan Chandoo, but also traveling to Hyderabad, in India.
Mr. Obama appears not to have previously cited his travel in Pakistan in speeches during the campaign. In “Dreams from My Father,” he talks of having a Pakistani roommate when he moved to New York, a man he calls Sadik who “had overstayed his tourist visa and now made a living in New York’s high-turnover, illegal immigrant work force, waiting on tables.”
Mr. Obama, the campaign and his publisher have not provided any details about the identity of Sadik.

What does all of this Break Down too? That maybe the Evidence we are looking for turns out to be the Absence of Evidence that should have been on file with the Federal Government upon Barack Obama's 18th Birthday!
