Yes if at 0% b/f which is impossible unless you are flex wheeler...It also fails to take into account bone weight etc. Its a flawed arguement device

In reality my skeleton probaly weights 6 stone or 84lbsI don not have 145lbs of lean mass.
He is not even "ripped" just looks skinny/fat to me
sheeeiiitt, what are you talking about, this guy claims to be a beast who squats 585 for reps yet looks like he's never touched a weight.
I hate when guys like AXA would even rip on a guy like this:
that guy is a waiting case for a heart attack and stroke, in high chance of diabetes, high cholestrol, high blood pressurebut atleast he has some muscle mass along with the fatunlike our trailer trash friend Quaker here
hahahaa, my arms are bigger than your legs.
yo Squad, how big is the size of bra you have to wear to keep those moobs from juggling all up and down
I bought weightgainer earlier as i ran out this morning. 2kg for 22quid.Tastes like fucking death. NOT impressed. Think it might be off but i checked the date etc. Should i take it back, are they obliged to take it back. I have tried the product before and was fine. This seems ery off.
176 doesn't even count for the muscle loss/ water loss that would come with the weight loss160-165 lbw is more like it
PWO?I like a weightgainer in the morning for breakfast. i pick the high carb ones.No sweat will maybe phone tomorro morning and explain and then bring it into them if they say no problem. Food is the key.Sadly i cant take creatine. But dont care another supp to waste money on
