i noticed in lots of the bodybuilding mags the pix they have of foods are on square plates...and they look pretty good...what do you guys think??

do yall eat off square plates or circular?

good observation there NW, shouldnt a square plate carry more food than a round? maybe as much as... I don't know 15-25%? Maybe that's a reason the bodybuilders in Flex are bigger than regular persons

Disagree.  Wouldn't the ratio of the area of a circle to its circumference be greater than the ratio of a square's area to its perimeter?

i dont mind square plates but it is very controversial topic...Some people hate them and are repulsed by them...i really dont mind, but they are a bit
