I lived on Long Island for 10 years, and would run into Jimmy a lot, most notably at 7-11 in the early AM hours, where he'd be chomping junk food and coffee blitzed out of his mind.
Jimmy has always been very cool to talk to, not an ass at all. Always smiles, gives you a handshake/fistbump and asks how ur doin.
Now, down to business. What I've witnessed is the following:
Smith machine bench presses w/ 6 plates/side. Medium/narrow grip, 2/3 range of motion, arched back. Spotter helping, hard to tell how much. 2-3 reps.
I've seen him rep hammer curls w/ 110's
I've seen him bar curl w/ 275 for 5 sloppy reps.
So, I have no idea what his legit lifts are, but there's no doubt in my mind that he's hella strong. Oh, and his hands are enormous, LOL.
