MGB needs a MINIMUM POST requirement of at least a thousand.

is anyone else think its kinda lame to click on MR GETBIG only to think 'who the hell are these people?'
am i mistaken or wasnt the contest meant for regular posters and personalities of getbig?

last year 'honour' came out of nowhere, won and was never seen again. this year some random likely-juiced dude shows up out of nowhere and will probably win and disappear.
its good to see regulars like goudy and JF show up but i think in the future contestants should have at least 1500-2000 posts or if they are relatively new at least be an active poster.

I can understand some concerns with this, but shouldn't registration date be more of an issue? Of course I argue this in my defense but I believe this should be considered also before people throw a nit-fit over post count. I don't have a lot of posts, and before this October I had more PMs than post, but I've been on these boards a few years. From my understanding Honour didn't come out of nowhere. I thought he was an active poster on the training board? I may be wrong though.

After he won last year, he took his money and ran.  Nothing heard from him since.  Seems a little strange, IMO.

Sorry, should have clarified. I was told that LAST year's minimum was 100 and they said assume the same for this year.
