Ok so early this week I fucked up my right knee while I was asleep.
Don't ask me how the fuck it happened, ubt I woke up in the middle of the night and my right leg was all twisted up.
anyway, I had trouble walking so I didn't want to do a huge leg workout ass I didn't want to injure myself more badly with squats and presses.
so I did 2 sets of leg extension.
I started with a weight that I would use for a maximum of 10 hard reps. then I dropped a plate and I did the most I could do. I dropped a plate until I did 100 reps.
I did the same with leg curls after that, and the same with calves raises.
the soreness today is absolutely painful
