They are not. The rules are not being enforced. No one wanted to step up and run the thing this year.

The third annual Mr. Get Big "on-line" bodybuilding competition, presented by www.progenexsrg.com is underway! Below you'll find information on dates, judging, rules, prizes, etc. Please take a moment to carefully read through everything.


The Contest:

The contest will take place November 12th – 14th. On Wednesday November 12th, all contestants will submit their pics. On Friday Nov 14th photographs will be posted on www.mrgetbig.com. The judges, the competitors and the spectators will all get to see the photographs at the same time. You will have an ability to drag and drop pics so that you may compare individuals. It is from these pics, that the judges will decide the placings taking into consideration symmetry, size, condition, presentation, etc. The results will be announced Monday Nov 17th by end of day.


Eligibility Requirements:

• All contestants must have at least 100 posts by Nov 12th, 2008.

• Full name and headshots must be submitted. If so desired, names will remain confidential, and faces will be "blurred" out to maintain anonymity.

• Ergogenic drugs are not to have been used for a minimum of one year prior to Oct 03, 2007. These include anabolic steroids, growth hormone, insulin, diuretics, pro-hormones, clenbuterol, thyroid drugs, aromatize inhibitors, synthol, etc. Ephedrine is okay.

Well at least the rules are being enforced. I don't remember voting on that particular rule though. We need more Getbig input for decisions like these imo.

All of the competitors emailed me their large pics with faces showing.  Four of them asked me to blur out their faces, and I did.   So they were technically submitted to Mindspin, CQ and I in accordance with the rules. I just used the 'burn' feature to smudge out their faces for the pics that the world saw.
