This is colemans 4th day at Metroflex, only been working out in the police gym before that, and eating pizza and candy etc,

I dunno his history in football suggests he was always trying to put muscle on. Being in the cops and a black man in Texas would also make you want to be muscular/intimidating.

He was struggeling, wotking at dominos pizza and so on, so I doubt he could afford roids even if he wanted to.

his arms look like they always had a lot of size

no wonder they had muscle detail, quality and hardness we hadn't seen before in arms at the size he achieved

Best genetics ever. 

Ronnie was placing badly (relative to where he ended up after 1998) for all of those years because he didn't know shit about bodybuilding drugs.  Chad Nicholls said that he and Tom Prince were laughing after discovering how little RC knew about chemicals.  Thanks for putting him in the know Chad!
