FWIW, you don't get injection site marks from using anabolics, UNLESS you are trying to inject in the exact same place everytime over months. Even using those big ass 18g preloaded Sustanon syringes won't do it.

But yes... dude in the picture is on drugs.

Ofcourse you can get a bump where you injected, and if you accidentally hit a blod vessel it will live a little bit of a red mark..
