so yesterday i just stocked up for the month...i got waxy maize, whey iso, a shaker bottle, and some multis...i spend a bit over 100 bucks

how much u guys spend per month??

all food...just buy egg white protein powder (no sweetners/artif stuff added) for a 35g drink after workout. $40mth protein + $10 multivitamins
