i find when i pack my gym bag its kinda like a ritual for me...mentally i know its time to hit the gym
i like to pack my gym back right before i leave for work
like a few mins ago i packed
2 shaker bottles...one empty for my pre workout supps and one filled w/ waxy maize
then i packed my pre workout supps
2 aminos packs
my straps
wrist straps
and a towel
i leave my protein powder at home cuz i live close to the gym
what about u guys?
do u have certain things u cant hit the gym without?
when do yall pack ya bags? night before? morning of?
I dont pack a gym bag. I just put on my workout clothes and go.
What is the difference between straps and wrist straps???
If you live close to the gym, why bring any of it??
Is waxy maize really that great?
