I eat fairly clean. I should have prefaced that i'm naturally lean
5-6 meals a day
each meal 35-50gs of protein
3 of those meals are shakes
with each meal I have a table spoon of olive oil
I don't have complex carbs (mostly cuz i hate cooking potatoes or rice)but I eat ALOT of vegetables.
Vegetables don't really count towards your calories because they are easily burned/eliminated
the real secret is using the Tabata protocol for all of my cardio
