fat loss should be the 1st priority IMO.

Train witjh weights without trying to 'bulk'...more muscle...faster metabloism...faster fat loss

Coupe that with a bit of cardio say skipping etc and watch your diet. When you have it under control then its easier to keep an eye on and keep on top of it.

I would say that cardio should be priority number 1. Depending on how overweight you are, you should do something to accelerate your heart rate, walking is the least effective, cycling in the middle, and running being the best. Running will take the weight off the fastest.

As for lifitng weights, I think you should approach as something in between cardio and heavy lifting. Try not to rest more than 30 seconds between sets and don't lift weights for more than half an hour. You will still tone up quite nicely this way, but if you keep all workouts with fat burning in mind, then that is what you will get.

Wrong; their storage mechanisms are used to work hard... when they lose the fat, their bluking capabilities are amazing...

They make better bodybuilder than sknnies, that's for sure, especially natural.

Met a few, disliked the majority of them.

Could not tell you here that is. one slut in particular i worked with was incredibly annoying. Born with a silver sppon in her mouth. I wound her up to the point of madness. Was so funny to see her go ballistic...then i let her cool off...then started again.

She did not appreciate banter. She has since went back to Scotland
