I've been using NaNo Vapor for about a week now, its OK. I've never actually used any other NO product, so I'm not really sure how it compares, but this one doesn't feel that intense. I've been reading a lot about Black powder and NO Black, I think I'll try one of those next. What do you think the best NO product is?

shotgun worked pretty well, but i've heard they scaled down the new version and it is not as potent, although i've never tried the new one

shock therapy works pretty well

both products contain caffeine, with shotgun containing redline.. the only time i feel a need to take either one is when i need that extra boost or motivation to get moving

Yeah I tend to do that too but I've got to admit the NO products are one of the few supplements that actually work - even if it is just a cosmetic effect and temporary. It's useful for other things too - it gives you amazing concentration and awareness. I used it about 15 minutes before I went in for a job interview the other week and I'm pretty convinced I performed better on it than if I'd gone in there without.

I've used Gaspari SuperPump250 and love it. (I also like the Siz-On he makes).Great pumps, great focus. Also tried No-Xplode by Bsn...didn't work nearly as well as the Gaspari did.

One word of caution.....they call it SuperDump250 for a reason. I almost had a blowout driving back from the gym one night. That was no bueno.

After your system gets used to it you should experience it to a lesser degree.

Gave me an amazing pump. But gave me heartburn so fuckin bad i had to stop.......

Sucks because it made me so focused for my workouts

ya it has its own receptor, its a neurotransmitter. Looks like good stuff with all kinds of other beenies, like stress,volumization,sleep etc..

you can get AAKG add in creatie+bcaas maybe add in som caffine. and you got yourself a homemade NO.

I just get the "raw" materials online & make my own NO drink that I take about 15-30 minutes prior to training.

1/4 teaspoon of Arginine Alpha Ketoglutarate Powder (AAKG 2:1)
1/4 teaspoon of L-Arginine Ethyl Ester
1/2 teaspoon of L-Arginine
(add some Crystal Light or something because it'll taste horrible without flavor)

It works & is a hell of a lot cheaper then what's out there. Ask strength on the Hardcore board he's tried it.

after seeing all the products that you had to get. I would just get a NO product thats on sale of something. thats a lot of work and getting everything right. I would just let people people that do it right.

NO Shotgun is the most complete.IMO
