this man had great bodybuilding genes

never pumped iron (a little when he came to the states)
only exercises were the Persian clubs, wrestling and calisthenics

If he hit the weights hard and little gas, he would've had a physique that would be ahead of its time

however, he wouldn't get for in bb'ing contest because he would never whore himself out to the gay jews known as the weider brothers

alot of PRIDE guys have taken flack since coming over but i Nog will always be the real deal

needless to say, i wouldn't be shocked to see Mir beat Nog BUT nog has better boxing than Mir and is a tad better on the ground than Mir, imho
