I really hope you guys are kidding about this 2 to 5 hrs a day, 6 days a week. If you're not then you must be out of your mind. The only thing you can accomplish by training 2 to 5 hrs a day, 6 days a week (naturally) is to be seriously overtrained. I've been training since I was 9yrs old (no joke) and what I've found over the years and what the literature on the subject is telling us is that putting in that many hours of training in the gym only hinders your progress and it's not needed. As I've gotten older I've realized that if I go in the gym and stay focused and on task I can get in and get out within an hour and accomplish all I needed to. I train one body part a day for 5 days and then take one, sometimes two days off depending on how I feel. Natural bodybuilders can't train as hard and as long as "chemically enhanced" bodybuilders due to the difference in recovery time. One of the main problems with young motivated bodybuilders or should I say wannabe bodybuilders is that they are so motivated and want to get big so bad that they are seriously overtraining. I really hope you guys were being sarcastic and I've waisted my time typing all of this. I'd feel a lot better. You might have some young inexperienced person read this and go spend all day in the gym trying to be like Ronnie, only to overtrain and waist a lot of time and effort.
