Hey guys i got a buddy of mine who used test e and dbol and when he squeezes his nipples some brown liquid nasty shit comes out of it...any of you guys ever hear of this..i never had anything remotely close to this kind of side effect...what should i advise him to take to get rid of that? letrozole?

Very common symptom with gyno. Some teens will have this problem when they get natural hormone induced gyno.

hes already off his cycle tho...he got fucked up by the rebound estrogen i guess...4th have you ever had to take letrozole after a cycle?

I've known people who've taken letro off cycle for the treatment of gyno and just to stomp out estrogen rebound sans gyno. It dries you up nicely. I'd still be concerned with the libido though. Letro damn near eradicates estrogen. Before you know it, you could be limp dick city.

Why don't more people use a little aromasin from time to time? It's more potent than arimidex, ime, but not quite as strong as letro. But it does curb rebound which is obviously very welcomed.

any suicidal AI like aromasin or ATD should be preferred really, IN ANY FREAKING CYCLE, they do the job good, with very minimal risk of estrogen rebound, and they are freaking cheap too, I don't understand why people don't take the necessary precautions before starting

Yea, but I'll take no sex drive over leaking nipples any day of the weak.  Only really need to run it at that dose for about a week then you can taper down.  Should squash the lactating very quickly.

Should you take an ai post cycle if you have had gyno issues before as a preventative measure, or wait for chocolate milk to come out your nips? If so how soon after cycle?dosage? Thanks...

You should run an AI like Aromasin from the beginning of your cycle and into PCT.  Once PCT is done you should be fine.  PCT is all about getting yourself back to normal levels, at least as close to normal so your body can start recovering.
