I find it informative and motivating ...

Alex if you read this : props for your job. I have a group of teenage girls from a special needs homeless school that I personal train for free 2ce a week. I'll post pics tomorrow.

I do the same thing. I "train" some mentally handicapped kids a few days a week. Very rewarding, they try harder and put more effort in than any other group that i've worked with.
