I have seen pictures where you are lean, some where you are pretty big and current ones that look like you have never lifted weights.

What is the story?  Did you get injured? Was it drugs?


I have to admit that I have skipped every single thread just about that you have ever made and know virtually nothing about you.

I haven't been working out since february .. I started again a couple of weeks ago ...

Back in feb I fucked up my shoulder and my back ( again  ::) )

I'm feelingok now...am much more cautious .. and would like to get back into it ..

I'm training 1-2 times a week since I do very heavy labor ...But only until next week then I'll start eating and training properly ..

How many times has this guy been exposed on various message boards?  From what I've observed, he leaves a wake of destruction anywhere he goes.  He's been aggravating the hell out of people for YEARS.
