Delusions, a tendency to drool and having slight motor rigidity? Probably a schizo on antipsychotic medication.

Many types of show-like contests have such entrants. Just look at American Idol. Several of the participants have severe psychopathology with some level of delusional ideation involved. Some are probably just retarded or have other developmental disorders. Some may have personality disorders. Others may have schizophrenia or other psychotic disorders. It's sad that they get to display their psychopathology on stage for all to see.

That was a pretty good clip, well done.  


Sometimes doing a competition in a shape that we wouldn't consider "contest ready" doesn't mean they didn't train for it.  I remember a guy looking like this doing a show in So Cal a few years ago.  Backstage though, he was showing everyone picture and how he had lost like 400 pounds in the last two years to look like that, of course he wasn't going to win the show, or even place.  For him, it was a goal just to do a show, and that was an accomplishment in itself.  


Maybe for your next clip you can do a segment on the majority of these amateur level bodybuilders with a serious allergy to the squat rack  ;D  I'm serious like 8/10 guys onstage have NO legs! pussies  :D
