Mentzer had some of the thickest triceps ever. The long head was rediculously thick.

mentzer curled 225 for 5 at larabs gym in menhar, kentucky. jan 18th 1981

How does it happen that not only do people believe this is the correct way to do things, but then end up videotaping it and then uploading to the internet so the whole world can see?  I just can't imagine the level of delusionality that takes.  Would be interesting to go through just one day being like that.
