I used to do weighted punching non stop for 30 min above head height on a sand bag for cardio. But I often woke up punching in the sleep, sometimes hitting the bed frame hard as fuck, so I stopped because it didn't seam to come with any benefits, I thought at the time it would build monster shoulders. Sometimes afterwords I couldn't lift my arms. Has anyone else gone through similar experiences?
