Many consider him to be the strongest raw bencher of alltime.  Granted he weighs around 400, but very strong.

He is using straight up and down technique like a piston losing about 10% strength instead of the J curve....... ::)

I never get what the point of moving that much weight is
he is atleast 400 pounds there
he is just asking for a pec tear
who cares how much you bench
there is nothing impressive about being strong and big WHILE being morbidly obese
Sumo wrestlers have more muscle than bodybuilders and they don't even lift weights
by the way, Kevin Levrone benched 565 for 6 at 3% bodyfat

uh, levrone at his best benched 495x3. where the hell are you getting 565x6? ???

james henderson is the strongest raw bencher in history. he got 705 with a FULL pause unlike mendy's BS 715.

it wasn't caught on film, but he has done it before
Kevin was one strong dude
by the way he repped 500 for 4 reps on low carb and couple weeks out in his video

i'm counting two reps on his own, one with help on the end, one with his spotter lifting the whole time. even saying he got 495x3 is being generous.

as for "it wasn't caught on film", you have to be retarded. you know i heard ronnie coleman deadlifted 1000 pounds before, but no one had a camera that day. ::)

405x3 @ 215 lbs

exactly, so not much stronger then you, and your not even a powerlifter.

Tecnically I'm stroger than him on a pound for pound formula as are many good lighter raw benchers.  That however takes NOTHIGN away from the guy.  A 700lb raw bench with a full pause is ungodly strength no matter what you weigh.

u seem to not understand the idea that, as a rule, strength to bodyweight ratios ALWAYS go down. Look at powerlifting, and olympic lifting- this is always the case.

It is ridiculous to compare ratio strength of a 130 lb man to that of a 200 lb man or higher... it is MUCH easier for the ligher man to have a higher ratio.

Once you go over 220lbs lb 4 lb formulas go out the window. Hence teh use of Wilks.

I can bench 1.7x b/w Glenn Ross cant...I can deadlift over 2xbw...Glenn Ross cant.

Let me tell you this...Glenn ross could use me as a toothpick and for anyone to compare themselves to that guy is bizarre and delusional.
